Why paper cards fail property managers

You hand out more cards than almost anyone.

Inspections burn through your stack

Saturday morning — five properties, 15 groups each. You run out, share a number on a Post-it, or give your last card to someone who immediately throws it away.

Agency moves make every card wrong

You change agencies or get a new work number and 200 printed cards become landfill overnight. A ZapCard profile update takes 30 seconds and reaches everyone.

Owners catch you on the way out the door

A referral from a satisfied owner happens when you're heading to the next inspection — not at a desk. One tap on their phone while you walk and they have everything.

Tenants need maintenance contacts at midnight

Link your emergency maintenance line and preferred contractor form directly from your profile. One tap gets them there — no email chains at 11pm.

Prospective tenants forget which PM they liked

At a busy inspection, you're one of three agents they'll see that weekend. A tap to save your contact means you're the name in their phone — not a faded business card in the glovebox.

Investor events need instant credibility

At a landlord seminar or investor night, a ZapCard tap that pulls up your portfolio and Google reviews signals you're the professional in the room — before you say a word.

Five moments it earns its keep

Every week, everywhere you work.

01

Rental inspections

Tap for prospective tenants as they walk through. Your profile shows available properties, application link, and a one-tap save-contact button. No more "what was that agent's name?"

02

New owner introductions

At a landlord first-meeting or re-sign, a tap gives them your direct number, calendar booking link, and management agreement page — professional from minute one.

03

Annual property reviews

Owners who get a tap at their annual review have your current details on their phone. When they refer a friend, that tap is how they share you.

04

Maintenance coordination

Tradies on-site get your profile with the maintenance request portal and preferred contractor list. Keeps everything in one place — no duplicated call-backs.

05

Investor nights & landlord events

At REIA events, council seminars, or suburb property nights, a ZapCard tap is the fastest way to end a conversation with your details on their phone and your name remembered.

What to put on your profile

Everything a tenant, owner,
or tradie needs — in one tap.

Portfolio & listings

Link to your agency listings page, a live availability filter, or your personal portfolio — tenants see what's available, owners see your track record.

Direct booking link

Calendly, Acuity, or your agency's booking system. Owners who want a no-obligation appraisal can book themselves — no phone tag through reception.

Emergency maintenance line

After-hours emergency number as a tap-to-call link. Tenants get to the right person at 11pm without hunting through a welcome letter.

Maintenance request form

Link to your agency's online maintenance portal. Keeps repairs on record — better for compliance, better for landlords wanting a log.

Google reviews

Link to your Google Business review page or your RateMyAgent profile. Owners and tenants checking you out get straight to social proof.

vCard (save contact)

A one-tap download drops your name, mobile, email, and agency into their iPhone or Android contacts. No manual typing at an inspection.

Common questions

Property manager FAQs.

Can I link to my current rental listings?

Yes — any URL works. Your agency listings page, a Domain/realestate.com.au filter, or a specific property. Update the link in your dashboard when the listing leases and everyone who taps your card in future sees the right page.

What happens when I move agencies or get a new phone number?

Log in to your ZapCard dashboard, update your details, and save. Every tap from that point forward shows your new information. The physical card never needs to change.

Does it work at busy inspections with lots of groups coming through?

Under a second per tap — no Bluetooth pairing, no app download on either phone. iPhone XS and newer (iOS 13+) and all Android 8.0+ read NFC natively. The QR code on the card back works as a fallback for older devices.

Can I share my maintenance portal link or emergency contact?

Yes. Add them as links in your profile — maintenance request form, after-hours emergency line, preferred contractor page. Update them any time. Tenants who saved your contact can always re-tap the card to get the latest links.
