Every first-batch card is printed, NFC-encoded and checked by hand before it ships. If a chip doesn't read on our bench, it doesn't go out the door.
Tracked Australia Post
Cards ship Tracked so you can follow them to your door. You'll get the tracking details once your order is on its way.
Returns & replacement
If a chip doesn't read once it reaches you, email support@zapcard.com.au and we'll sort a replacement. The QR code on the reverse keeps you sharing in the meantime.
1-year warranty
Every card carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and chip faults. It doesn't cover wear and tear or physical damage such as snapping or cracking — treat it like any premium card.
