Email signature
generator.
Fill in your details, copy, paste. No signup, no watermark, no email address required. Built the way email actually works, so it doesn’t fall apart in Outlook.
Add your name and your signature appears here.
Paste straight into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail signature settings. Built with tables and inline styles so it survives Outlook, which renders email through Word.
The usual ones
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no email address, no watermark. We make money selling NFC cards, if the signature is all you need, take it and go.
Will it break in Outlook?
It shouldn't. Outlook on Windows renders email through Microsoft Word, which has no flexbox and no grid, so this is built with tables and inline styles, the only layout Word reliably understands. There are no webfonts, no external stylesheets and no background images, because those are the other things mail clients strip.
How do I add it to Gmail?
Copy the signature, then in Gmail go to Settings, See all settings, scroll to Signature, create one and paste. In Outlook it's File, Options, Mail, Signatures. In Apple Mail it's Mail, Settings, Signatures, untick 'Always match my default message font' before pasting, or Mail will strip the formatting.
What does the ZapCard handle field do?
If you have a ZapCard, entering your handle adds a 'Save my contact details' link pointing at your live profile. Anyone reading your email can save your details in one tap, and you can update those details any time without touching your signature again.
Do I need a ZapCard to use this?
No. Leave the handle blank and you get a plain signature. The field is there because it's genuinely useful if you have one, not as a gate.
Your signature works in email. Your card works in person.
